Scorpio coming out next year is 4 years after original release. Console generations used to be around 5 years, last gen was extra long. Difference this time around though is everything from this generation is going to be playable on future consoles.
As an adult with a real job, its really not all that much money to spend every 4 or 5 years anyways

it plugs into your TV and plays games. Thats its primary purpose just like the current XB1. Its absolutely a game console

I've got a gaming PC but I'm still getting a Scorpio. Turns out, when you live with your girlfriend you end up sharing things like computers and consoles. The Play Anywhere initiative is gonna work out great for me
Yeah but part of that is because it was right next the PSVR demos and the first part is all ship combat. The second he raised his gun it clicked

I'm pretty sure that Sony has not officially confirmed specs to for the Neo. All of the specs that we know come from the initial leaked internal Sony document discovered by Giant Bomb.
MS gave their fans a reason to be excited for the future of Xbox. Sony's games big hitters look really, really great, but we've known about them and seen them for years now. That God of War demo was fantastic though and a welcome surprise. I haven't ever cared for GoW until now
More PC news than anything?? All of the games they showed are xbox games. If you've got an Xbox or a decent gaming Win10 PC, MS gave you plenty to be excited for
I certainly like the 'nobody gets left behind' but lets be honest. 3 or 4 years down the road some people are gonna have to be left behind
If they could bring original Xbox emulation and have the entire platforms library playable would be incredible

@Sparta07 just because they were making a PS complaint doesn't mean they were automatically xbox fans

It had a larger and more diverse game library because it had a 50-60 million lead which is fair considering the PS2 released 1.5 years before the Xbox.
