I hope I didn't imply that I liked or even used friend codes. I only ever had 1 or 2 friends on my Wii with a couple more for brawl (already sounds confusing).

This. Whenever I leave my house, I'm always making sure to bring my 3DS with me. If I don't and acknowledge that I didn't I usually end up bummed at a missed opportunity to get more play coins.
