I feel sorry for xbox gamers and casual/handheld gamers this year. You both missed out. I honestly probably would have killed myself if I had to play those games above.

The most important thing for me is how they handle system patches, updates, and DLC next generation. I don't want the hassle of having to wait for downloads and installations and redownload dlc etc when i swap my harddrive. They need to improve the usability of the console so they are less like PCS with hassles. I don't like dealing with this stuff. I just want to play games on it without any setbacks. Yes. Bought both internal and external 1tb hard drives over black friday for 70 bucks each.
Took 1 night to get everything transferred. Had to redownload activation for my dlc on some games. But altogether it went very smooth.
Note that you will only have 920 gb to use for a 1tb hard drive after formatting to fat32.
Very easy to swap into your ps3 except for the screws which strip even if you are using the proper screw driver.

There are things that I liked better from the old games (ie not having levels divided up, less focus on a streamlined story, and always having a final mark to assassinate).
But look at all the improvements:
-radar
-notification system to avoid being spotted
-instinct mode with limited uses
-cover system when being stealthy
-really cool and diverse environments (bar scene, stip club, various city streets, court)

He makes a few good points, but he is dead wrong to ask for a pure co-op experience. This is a singleplayer game about overcoming challenges and you don't overcome a challenge by having someone else do it for you.
The co-op works great as is.

Checkpoints so sporadic??? Old hitman games never even gave you checkpoints, a radar, instinct mode or notification of who could spot you. You're a coddled gamer my friend. You just don't realize it.

Yeah I think they'll announce it in 2013, but won't release it until 2014. Still too much good stuff with the PS3 to be had.

And Mass Effect 3 gets best RPG? Over a blizzard game? I didn't play either of these games, but that's not looking good for blizzard. lol. All i seem to remember hearing about mass effect 3 was how horrible the ending was.
Here in the states they were on sale for $179 on Black Friday. It came with Assassins Creed, 10 dollar gift certificate, and 3 months of PS plus with all of those free vita games that were available via plus.

Another key point is that it will have a server based multiplayer again like Demon's Souls although i never had much problems with Dark Souls multiplayer anyways.
