lol...um....no....multiplatfor m games are better on pc, every time and by a very large margin, take any AAA muplatform game from the last 5 years , and it is WAYYYY better on pc.
The difference between console versions is negligible at best, they are still both sub-hd, covered in jaggies and have framerate issues 95% of the time.
On pc, true 1080p or higher, 4-64x anti aliasing, pc versions of multiplats are a gen ahead of the ps3/360
