I have sli gtx470 with i-7 930 (soon to be gtx570, got to love life time warranty;)
Oblivion still occasionally dips below 60 frames into 45-50 zone in some cities but mostly runs for me maxed at 120 fps, it has more to do with the texture streaming, but compared to console, it's not even the same game.
On console it looks like pc on low-med, running at 20-25 frames per second with sooo much pop-in it makes you dizzy, this game should not even launch ...

I played it on my brothers 360 and thought it looked a bit washed out and jaggie, but those maps look like xbox1 gfx.
