yeah...please do not pirate it, it is awesome, the combat is completely real time, the stategic element comes in the use of potions and magic, on the harder difficulties you will need to utilize a combination of potions, magic, light and heavy attacks, also, silver sword for monsters and steel for people.
The gameplay is very very good, the enviroments change a ton just in the begining. The story seems really cool so far...i am very happy with the purchase

i would re-install my drivers for my gpu, make sure first you clear out all the old ones, run C Cleaner, or manually search for anything nvidia and delete it, thats how i always do a clean install, sometimes they hide in stupid folders and cause bugs, your pc should run the game perfectly, there must be something weird going on.

LA Noire looks so bad to me.....ps2 graphics, ugly charachter models, terrible low res textures,stiff animations and worst of all, HORRIBLE framerate, looks to be running at a steady 20fps.
The mouth movement looks so bad, so unnatural and very unreal...looks like sims 2 charachters.
The character animations for facial expressions do look good though

at least those screens do not look like the blurry jaggie mess i have seen of the console versions, i was getting a bit worried that the over all image quality of the game was just crap, but screenies like these make me a bit happier....
every pc game from the last 5 years cannot be run on xbox360 or ps3....
they run at 1080p, 60-300 frames per second , have 64x anti aliasing, depth of field, tessalation, ssao, real time soft shadows, physx true simulation,

pc eats consoles in every imaginable way, with the new gpu and cpu on a single die soon to be in EVERY pc (in the next 2-5 years) all pc's will gaming capable and will severely cut into the console market, we will see a ps4 and xbox720, but ps5, most likely not. The die shrink and raw processing power will be at a place where a dedicated machine will not be nessasary, the iphone 6 will have better than ps3 graphics....what need will there be for some goofy piece of plastic??? A smartphone...

i would not say they are even good visuals, but the game looks fun, the facial animations are good but the charachter models as a complete package look about as good as the sims 3....
gosh the framerate is AWFUL, they need to do something about that stat!! it's running at under 15 frames...i know consoles dip below 25 sometimes, but that is very, very, very bad!!
