Its clear from your comment that you have not played the game otherwise you would have known that the criticism that you don't really play the game is blown out of the stratosphere pure grade bull sh*t. I'm playing it right now, I'm on level 4 and the game is great. If you liked Gears of War you should like The Order, as the GAMEPLAY is exactly the same only slightly faster movements. The graphics (I don't need to go there). The sound and musical score is better than hollywood...

I don't think that is what he is referring to. I think he is talking about an actual surgery of users. The meteoritic scores are just people who have an account, not people who have played the game. Thats my understanding of it. Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if this was the case though, as I'm playing The Order and the review scores just don't make sense. At all.

No thats not what im saying HOWEVER if a particular review site proves to be running a mercenary like business, next time the developer should know that unless they put up "advertising" on their site, they probably shouldnt expect a good review score from them. AKA if your not advertising on their site, maybe skip them to avoid a 2/10 score.

Normally i agree. And i guess i agree in this instance as well, but the current situation calls for it too. I mean some of these "reviews" have completely done away with the whole "balanced, fair, and objective" thing. If these guys have basically defeated the purpose of "reviews", then whose to say that the other reviewers shouldnt call them out? I think its better that there would be checks and balances here, if more fair minded reviewers like this guy here had...

Dualshockers is actually a pretty good site in my opinion. Much better than some others.
Except The Order isnt a dissapointment just because the mercenaries.. I mean, "journalists" claim it is. The games is just fine. Players are not "bemoaning" anything, the majority of people who played it are raving about it. Im currently on level 3 and enjoying every bit if the game. there are many "linear" games out there. By your dismissal every "linear" game should look like the Order, and they don't so what is your point exactly.
