That is exactely the case. VR will take the world by storm.
You can play with a two handed remote while using a VR headset. Thats the cool thing about it, you will still be sitting down on your couch except now you will be taken to a whole different environment (maybe an alien planet), as far as your two most complex senses (auditory and sight) are telling you, you are no longer on your couch. Trust me its an "experience". Its the holy grail of entertainment.
Its a day one for me. I think people will realize what this tech is as soon as they try it for themselves.
Damn so i guess we should jump to all sorts of conclusions now? Is halo done? Maybe IGN can tell us all about how MS is in trouble.
Morpheus is a day one for me, cant wait.
I would welcome OLED. Personally i would buy this at any reasonable price, but i know that for the device to become mainstream, it has to be priced right. I just hope Sony can find the right balance.
Its getting interesting. Heat seeking zombies would insure lots of encounters at night /: muhahahaha
With the sales of PS4, EA would have to be nuts not to bring the sequels to PS4 i think
The conference will be intense my amigos
True but then the indies push innovation which will come to AAAs in the future. Also, there are indies that give AAAs a run for their money. Ex. Helldivers
Also, giving attention to indies doesnt take away from the handfull of AAAs that will exist regardless. (I dont think its either/or)
And i will be the first person to buy it
I want a killer app for project Morpheus at E3 please. (So exciting to be a gamer right about now)
True. But i think they only need one killer app to demonstrate the potential of VR and people will adopt it. I know i will.
I feel like every day there is a new PS4 game announce, Sony must have too many planned out for E3 to be giving these out before the event
Well, i think everything is falling into place for a nice VR experience on the PS4 , soon hopfully
makes sense, he must have wanted to acquire how the oculus stacks up against competition (for lack of a better word). I know I would want to know something like that before I dish out $2 BILLION dollars. lol
New IP's are the best.
well, in all honestly, Sony has always had the most and best AAA gaming of any console. so, what you say sounds like wishful thinking of the bad kind. Please put your biases aside and just be a gamer.
i dont' think it would support all games. its just that, as he says, the experience is quite different, and they need to build the VR games from the ground up with VR in consideration. In other words, most VR games will have to be made specifically for VR.
LMAO awesome i just got it ^_^
