I thought for sure they were going to be at least close to PS4 sales for a short while, considering how bad their numbers were for last month. Also, it seemed like there was a lot more xbone fans on N4G right after E3 than there were right before it. Which is admittedly a little weird to be honest. (shills?) idk.

I love how a link for PS4 exclusives has a ton of xbox fanboys in it. xbots were nagging that PS4 didn't have any exclusives for 2014 because Sony, unlike microsoft didn't show them at their conference. Now the truth is out, and they're coming out of the woodwork to downplay PS4 exclusives. Good job guys, time well spent. In the meantime I will be playing some games.

Thats probably because unlike Sony, MS didn't really have anything else to show besides what they showed at the conference many of which probably isn't ready for the boots yet. Sony has a ton of games that wasn't even mentioned. Planetside 2, Deep Down, Driveclub, Helldivers, Kingdom under fire 2, Final Fantasy, Morpheus games: Valkyrie, etc... plus all the indie games.
you can act stupid all you want, but there is a huge difference between MS's t.v talk and what Sony did. The response is not a double standard. Last E3 wasn't that long ago, people might have short memory but not short enough to forget MS's shrugging away the core gamer in favor of the casuals.

Wish Sony talked more about VR but yeah, I know, some gamers might have grilled them for it, and those people will have to put on the thing before they believe. Which is fine, its just that the rest of us will have to wait a little longer since Sony will have to be more cautious about releasing it.
Sony had the 1st or 2nd conference, not in terms of how entertaining it was to watch but in terms of the games they showed. The other contender was Nintendo I think.

good news for gamers really. Sony tends to get better and better as each generation progresses. Something that is not true with other consoles i must say. So, the fact that more people are joining means there is that much more financial incentive to produce better games on the Playstation for larger profits. Its a win win for gamers and 1st party game producers.
