Yeah I had 5 die on me (RRoD) but didn't pay out of pocket for any of them MS covered everything. Not to mention sent me a lot of freebies for my inconvenience. Which makes me kind of suspicious of your story. You make it seem like MS made you pay for the repairs or something like that. So what was your problem exactly? I'm asking because as you can see I too had some issues with broken 360's but I still love Xbox no change there.

The X1 has a great stable of exclusives along with some new IP's and XBL is still second to none when it comes to online console gaming. MS also seem more enthusiastic about big budget games than Sony does because they aren't pushing indies like Sony is with the PS4.
