I think because placing a pre-order gave you a beta code, unless prepayment was required - then its a strange thing to do.
no kids here knuckles, just common sense
just maybe you're not the target audience? children play games too.
that might be so, but I'll go with my little observation. One good thing is you made me think of Barbara Eden - cheers buddy
ok mate - I'll slow it down for you. You have Phil saying he frowns upon the console wars. Then you have a bloke next to him that uses 'Major' as his gamertag and Twitter name. I reckon there would be a few people that didn't know his name was Larry.
Do you think Larry using 'Major' was an innocent coincidence? Surely not mate.
I brought up Greenburg to highlight how 2 faced these Xbox blokes are. They loved the console war last ...
Maybe you missed the last generation when Aaron couldn't keep his snide remarks to himself 'fanning the console wars'. If you can't make the connection between using the word 'Major', I can't help you mate.
Then why does Larry Hryb call himself 'Major' Nelson? Do you frown upon that Phil? Like people have said, when they are winning they fan those flames with a cheesey grin patting each others backs.
OB1Biker - thanks for the link mate, I enjoy VR and the more that it's supported, the better. The Resolution bumpover PSVR is a good thing but what I got most from the link was the internal head tracking. Good times ahead.
Is MS working on a VR headset or are they working with Oculus? I thought MS was doing AR and working with Oculus to bring VR to Scorpio.
OT: I only hope it lasts a little longer than the mission in BF. Yes it was free is PSVR owners, but more is better - right?
It wouldn't be hard to do, but not sure how relevant it would be.
All I ask for is dedicated servers, the player count is high enough to warrant them. And now with PC also getting it, the player count will increase - or at least cover PS3 and 360.
@Imalwaysright - console gamers never petitioned, had a whinge about those games not being available on their console of choice. PC gamers love doing that, the shitty comment I was replying too from ONESHOT was exactly that.
The devs and publishers chose to release them, Pc's back then were all piracy - so your point about support is a little weak.
It was more a case of console hardware wasn't where it needed to be for those games to release. No...
Your comment is just shit mate, PC is lucky to get some console dregs, you should know that. Doesn't matter what rig you have it ain't playing Persona 5, so be happy with whatever you play on PC. The factbyou know have a PS4 is a good thing, you get to enjoy Sony exclusives and 3rd party exclusives. You should be happy not salty haha
changing your id is nice, but not a reason to hang out for new game announcements. Having UHD player is nice, but again it's not great of a player.
If you have a 4K TV and like to buy movies, then you would be best to buy a stand alone unit like the Panasonic or OPPO.
But consoles are primarily about 1 thing and 1 thing only - games. All the other stuff is nice butbi essentially filler.
And where are the games? On a Sony console,...
@343 - YES! - take a risk, this is what people should want out of MS. The video that was posted yesterday was absolutely horrific, yes gameplay matters too. I would think for such a beloved 'niche' title that a fair amount of effort would have been put in.
But for their customers ongoing loyalty and support, they give you PTW microtransactions. A massive kick to the spuds.
just going off the title, it sounds like he is looking for another way to milk gamers pockets. Apple struck gold, Valve struck gold - just make games.
@fatbastard - company's need to support their products, ridiculous comment fat.
Rockstar move to the beat of their own drum, their track record proves they know what they are doing. No need to worry, the game will release when it's done.
@mikeslemonade - no one likes a one trick pony, it should be celebrated that 2 of the top devs took a risk and made something other than what most people know them for. Look at what it's done for GG.
it is a good thing, but I reckon the bulk of the sales will come from PlayStation.
