I merely made a suggestion that having a few cheap PC's around would solve his issues straight up.

Vermin - Didn't see any 10 storey high dinosaurs in RDR2. Nothing on any platform 'blows it out of the water' - HZD is stunning on every level.
And HZD2 will again set the standard.
TLOU2 will end the gen with a bang and give Sony huge momentum going into next gen. GOT is just the icing on the cake.
Ewww - One of your concerns is an old game at 60fps and split-screen of Left 4 Dead 2. You wouldn't need a very capable PC to run either of those, I'm sure you can buy 2 for cheap. If it means so much to you.
Seems to me xbox owners are really PC gamers who can't afford a PC. They all seem to want what a PC does best.

I was under the impression the HDD causes most of the heat, you can clearly hear the spinning and then the fan kick in big time. I don't think it will completely eliminate the problem though. I have a few games on an external drive - they seem slower to access. I want TLOU2 to be the best it can be on PS4Pro.
I think the HDD causes the most heat, so I'll replace it and see how I go. I'm under no illusion that it'll be whisper quite - I just want to see some improvement. The sooner PS5 hits the better.

Well - that's about standard for a massive game these days. It looks absolutely stunning and another technical achievement from ND. I'll be grabbing an SSD because my PS4Pro gets quite loud, then I'll use it as an external drive for PS5 on launch day.
