Edit: After watching this video, my faith in the PS3 has been reassured. Aside from the minor connection issues(These happen in most betas), the game looks ASTOUNDING! I can't wait to get in there and fire it up.
Last time I checked, WoW had 3 million active subscribers and 5 million Chinese accounts. The majority of the Chinese accounts are bots and farmers. WoW is still the king, but 500,000 is a nice chunk of their real subscriber base.
I must be the only one not excited about this. It feels like Sony is being pressured. I want Sony to show their dominance by not having to resort to a price cut war to keep momentum. And if they do have to resort to it, why not go for the sweet spot? $299 is the magic number. $359 just feels weird and seems like desperation. But to anyone who is going to pick up the PS3 because of the price cut, good for you. Go get a PS3 and join the family.

I would say MS is stealing. Here is a funny story. My brother bought an Elite to replace his premium that he just had repaired by MS for the RRoD. He sold the repaired premium on eBay. Just recently his Elite got an unplayable disc error. I told him no big deal, MS just spent billions of dollars to upgrade everyone's warranty to three years. So he calls MS support. I would much rather play PC games on my PS3. What they need to do is just offer keyboard and mouse for all fps/strategy games and call it a day. No longer would people have to upgrade every year just to get playable performance out of their games. I'm frustrated to no end that Warhammer and Crysis both chop hardcore on my PC. I'm using a 8800GTX, and performance is still bad. I think consoles have killed PC gaming, but is it a bad thing?
I suggest people who have a brother or someone else to play with regularly to make a Witch Elf and a Zealot and just go into the first scenario and own it up. Its the most fun I've had in a long time. Almost got a complete level once by slaughtering like 20 people in a row. So much fun. :) Also, to get the most experience, make sure you separate from the main scenario party and join like party number 5 that is empty. You will only split the experience instead of giving it to the whole raid. S...
