360 is a year ahead of PS3 and only 5.20 million units in the lead. So even at the basic level, his assumption is wrong. Add in the fact that he said "playstation" and not playstation 3, and he made himself look like a total idiot.
MS should hire this guy for their PR. Can't be any worse than crazy ol' Balmer who wants to kill Google. The fact that he says "nobody plays no playstation" is seriously laughable. Last I checked, no one cares about Wii anymore. All big gaming sites laugh at it when new "core" games are mentioned. Only problem I see was the targeting. It seems like you have to line up just right to hit them. Otherwise the game engine looked solid. I hope they can make a great game out of this concept.

I agree, its been like an hour of just random talking. Square seems to be trying to justify focusing on the Western market, and saying that Japanese game development is going nowhere but down. Hurry up and give us something new.

Correct, and I love Japanese games. I just downloaded the demo of CrossEdge from the Japanese PSN store, and it is one of the most fun games I've played in a long time. It is a shame that we will never see this JRPG gem here in America. I hope Japan doesn't change its culture. Some of the best games I've ever played were Japanese, in fact my favorite game of all time is Japanese. :)
