Even though I own Black Ops, I'm currently working through my backlog consisting of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, Nier, 3D Dot Game Heroes, Disgaea 3, Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland, and I play Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and Uncharted 2 online too. Unlike a bunch of people who own a console and CoD games and call themselves hardcore gamers, I play everything. :-P
Too bad the only controllable vehicle in the game is an RC car.
...and I expected right. Good god, the maps are way too large for CoD-style gameplay. The graphics don't even look as good as CoD4(<3) and everything about the game just feels off to me. Good thing I got this as a gift and didn't shell out any money for it. Honestly, if this is the direction that modern FPS games are going, then consider me out. Killzone 3 and Resistance 3 seem to be the last hope for FPS games for me. If they both aren't good, which I doubt but you never know,...

CoD's graphics have always been low-res textures covered in an extremely thick layer of oil and polished to high hell. From afar, the textures look good and shiny, but go up close to, well, just about anything and it looks really ugly. But hey, the low-res textures is the primary reason for the 60fps framerate, so it's a fair trade, I guess.

Disappearing from store shelves? Wut? My local Wally World, Target, and Gamestop all have plenty of Kinects in stock. And under 3000 people showed up in Times Square for the midnight launch party. I doubt it's really disappearing as this says.
GT5 runs on firmware 3.5, which makes PS3 games run different somehow so that they can't be played using PSJailbreak, which requires 3.41 or earlier PS3s.
Found this pic in the comments... Kudo, anyone?
If you already own the games you love, then I'd assume you have a certain older console capable of playing it. :-P
"Sony is the only one of the 3 major gaming companies that doesn't care enough about its fans to include backwards compatibility with its console."
Saying that is like saying Nintendo is the only one of the 3 major gaming companies that doesn't care enough about its fans to include HD and DVD capabilities with its console, or that MS is the only one of the 3 major gaming companies that doesn't care enough about its fans to include reliability in its console...
Hardware doesn't work that way. PS3s(Cell broadband engine) use a totally different hardware architecture than PS2s(Emotion engine.) Cell has better processing and graphics capabilities, but it's not made for the sole purpose of running PS2 games. The same thing could be said for the original Xbox and PS2. Xbox was more powerful than PS2, so why couldn't it run PS2 games too?
PS: Sony did put "an entire functioning PS2 in the firmware" in the 80GB BC PS3...
...for a remastered Metal Gear Solid Collection, Konami.
Justice Sotomayor is badass. Her argument on the concept of respawning and portrayal of the character who's on the receiving end of the violence was a funny read.
"i dont care if it takes a few seconds more per command - its the convenience factor that impresses me."
Good job contradicting yourself there.
...mind telling me how Gears of War 3 is? Because you're obviously from the future if you've played Codename Kingdoms and think it's good.
You need to get off whatever you're smoking and learn to Google.

If you pretend that some Chinese dude is speaking the Engrish that this spammer is typing with a heavy accent, it's actually kinda funny. :-P
It's been out for 1 year since Oct. 16th... nowhere close to 2. It's around the $20-$25 price range used, btw. No excuse not to get it.
Surprised you didn't say a 360 game, but we both know that'll never happen. :-P
