amazing western rpgs oblivion, with a plethora in development(mass effect, fable)
amazing driving games, dirt(rally), forza(racing), pgr(arcade)
great adventure games dead rising, kameo
sandbox titles crackdown, saints row
an ample amount of fps shooters with bioshock a...
you haven't seen DIRT which looks much better... or flat out.
Because there's nothing to be intimated by. We're discussing the controversy surrounding the previous e3 appearance and the lack of any media for the past year. As long as the fact this game is getting more hype than other games, even though the first was an astounding disappointment and failed to deliver on anything but some decent graphics.
Intimidation is what the sony diehards feel when halo 3 beta was getting more gameplay and exultations even with the "halo 2.5"...
of watching my character do cool things in cutscenes that should be done in gameplay. Thats why I like games like halo, because I actually feel like MC. When I play MGS it's like I'm watching some bad Rambo spy clone prance around in a game that thinks its cool but sucks.
so it comes down to will they buy it, or is there enough fans.
Killzone sucked, sony hyped the F out of it and it bombed it had linear gameplay, bad controls, decent graphics and a lot of glitches. It wasn't anything close to a halo killer, it wasn't even a COD killer.
Killzone just wasn't the right game for sony to use when trying to match halo. I don't see why Killzone 2 will be any different, sony already shot themselves in the foot by making a CGI trailer and trying to pass it off as real time, they HAVE to match the quality of the gra...
and crapzone2 is a 180 want to be.
I lost interest in the series, I found they made the game far to slow for my tastes and removed any sort of urgency in the gameplay. For a wii title it does look really good, hopefully the controls work well too...
a lot f it is because movies in general are in a decline, Specially with no good movies being made this year. Spiderman was a huge let down.
list is very fair, to bad it doesn't offer the eta for the games.
But I think in the long run there's still more exclusive 360 games in the making that have been announced.
