Videos? It's called a story line. The fact that you had to buy the player's guide is simply your choice yes, but for those of us who actually enjoy games, we'll love it. You say 5 - 6 hours, but how is that at all enjoying the game? I don't see it happening, you should have just saved your money and went back to CoD4 / Halo 3 since it's obviously where you prefer the, "faster online gameplay". This is stealth, it's meant to be thought-out, not simply run in, blow stuff up, die ...
The update was to make way for Sony's in-game xmb features/home/trophies etc. etc. Not to mention that it was stated about the space on the Blu-Ray and it's packed full so much the audio had to be compressed lower than Kojima wanted.
The downloads shouldn't be a problem for anyone now, lets just play the damn game!! PS What online game doesn't require an update out of the case? Hell, it took CoD4 almost 6 updates to get it working right, I'll be damned if you start blaming a...
The beta update was a multitude of problems that's why it took 4 hours. The highest anticipated PS3 game of all time man, you saw what happened to Konami's website. What makes you think their update wouldn't have the same problem? Sure P2P was a good way to do things but even at that you can't rely on other people's connection's to be as say, good as yours?
4 hours, quite a bore, however that's the point of the beta is to get the kinks out for the final release. Get over it. ...
I'd have to say all in all the only difference was light/dark. But I too noticed that slight blur on the 360 -- tv or not?
"The PS3 continues to underperform the Xbox 360, game after game."
Where's the list & proof?
It doesn't NEED the install, they just chose to put it on there. The part about the 360 is why use a last gen technology? That's the real argument. Not to mention if you didn't read ANY articles from way back when, MGS4 had to compress sound incredibly far down in order to fit the whole damn game on one disc. So it just goes to show how much of an unreachable game MGS4 is going to be.
Now shut up and change the disc in my ps3 back over to MGS3.
First of all, a comment or a opinion either or it's accepted here. No need for name calling.
Second, the difference between the 360 and the first article you posted about the wheel overheating recall is this, "The action is being taken after Microsoft was informed of a "very small" number of incidents of a malfunction in the Xbox 360 Wireless Wheel, where a component in the wheel chassis may overheat and release smoke when the AC-DC power supply is used to power t...
The bad design could cause the 33% failure rate. It all depends on where you have your 360 contained, how you take care of it (if you even do), how long you play it etc. etc. So it's not necessarily the design flaw but a mixture of that plus other variables. Recall? No recall, however extended warranties = the big loss.
This must be their counter-action towards the release of MGS 4. I could see this increasing sales of PS3's and MGS 4. Once people play the original, who wants to stop there?
Even old games swapped discs in and out frequently. Take MGS 1 for instance, (hardly any cutscenes by the way). You had to swap the disc every time you wanted to come in and out of the Metal Gear housing unit after killing Sniper Wolf.
What makes an installment during a cut scene any different from changing discs? It doesn't, plain and simple. If you don't like the game, don't comment about something so irrelevant to the original topic.
You just spoiled one of the best moments of the F'ng game in your "description paragraph"!!!!! Christ man, now I'm pissed.
Do they ever write a good article? They should have just posted all pics on one page and put no writing. Dumbasses.
I believe you are one of the lamest people to ever walk the earth. Go ahead and join the wagon train cause you obviously don't have a thought of your own. I'll bet you've never even seen Chuck Norris in a movie.
At the end of the article he writes something about sexual harassment. Then if you look at the border it has the author's name and it's Mike Jackson. Lol it made me chuckle.
No more CoD4 for you!!! :D :D
That's like kicking yourself in the balls and telling your friends it felt good.
Last two games? Maybe you should replay them and try to understand the story line a little more. I found MGS2 to be crap when I played it the first time about 6 years ago but when I played it again just recently it made lots more sense and was definitely making me want to play the 3rd one. As for MGS3 I can't say as I haven't finished it yet.
For the Baddest Fkng Dude Alive?
Of any sequel game, Metal Gear is possibly the first to ever change controls, story, feel, etc etc. Hell the difference between gameplay of MGS and MGS2 was completely different, even the characters were different.
In Halo what do you have? Master Chief...Master Chief...and Master Chief. This isn't making the Band with P-Diddy -- more Dylan? I think not.
I think the only problem with this article was the very last. Why did they put Wii with the 360? Shouldn't the 360 also be considered a loser to the Wii? It's being completely dominated and molested at the moment by the childs toy Wii.
All that aside, the Gameboy was Gray not Ipod White.
