This is the exact reason why none of us are beta testers. First off CoD4/RSV2 both had online issues for weeks and even months before getting fixed. However when a BETA of all things messes up we are so critical. It's a beta to find problems and fix problems, they've already extended the beta time by 5 days, what more do you guys want? Sheesh.

They will rush the console whether or not they have been through 9 consoles this time through or not. That's the problem with thick-headed people is that they don't understand, they just do. The repercussions and future investments don't mean anything to them. Sad, but true.
Sometimes I'll click agree on someones post and it will add one to the person above them instead, even though I know for a fact I didn't click that one. It kind of pisses me off when I want to disagree with the one above but I can't because when I agreed to the one below it added one to the guy above him....weird.

The point that I stopped reading his comment was when he said, "exclusive content". It's a well known fact - or should be - that PS3 is getting it's own exclusive DLC as well.

There is a major difference in the way your console runs while playing a game or while sitting idle downloading a few things. The two hardly even compare, the one in denial would still be you my friend for trying to make up bad analogies to build your ego.

You mean to tell me that these maps they're making are hard work? You do realize people make maps on a daily basis that are better than some of the maps in the game. Don't try to pass this off like it's not their fault.
The problem in this is that they screwed up. The map pack comes out 5 days before gta4...cool? Not, I see a huge problem with that, people are going to be sacrificing money for 5 days? I doubt it. And even at that Europe is getting GTA4 before the map pack eve...

Those of us who were loyal and stuck with ps3 through the hard times are now having the decision of trading in our six-axis controllers for $15 towards DS3. The DS3 does not just include rumble, it also includes a more improved six-axis so it's not just the rumble that we're suffering from, it's also a faulty six-axis....

I agree, these things take time, and to rush something that's free is a bit absurd. This isn't xbox where they try push everything ahead of the game, now they really have nothing to show. Playstation seems to be putting out games of quality and high game play and fun. Where does the quality go if they rush the XMB? Right dow the drain to even more complaints and patches and waiting. I'd rather wait for the perfect xmb than sit with a broken xmb waiting for it to be fixed.
