i agree,Operation Firestorm is a poor map,Kharg Island is much much better,glad Gulf of Oman is included,my fave BF3 map. i too am going premium for BF4 since i had not done that either with BF3
they still need a free service for peeps like me that just want basic features,without free games.

i think its weak and stupid Sony is dropping such features and im a Playstation gamer,but with these out and manditory pay online to play,im starting to question things with PS4. im still getting it,for specific exclusive games though not delighted with some new changes,think it wont bring back the fun days ive had with PS2 / PS3,restrictions are NOT what i want especially since this day and age of openess with other types of electronic devices.

i too want BFBC3,but i thought original director / producer moved on elsewhere,so i suspect it'll be another BF3-BF4 clone if thats the case :-\
not surprised at both takes about the sniper class,saying the weapons are overpowering up close (hello Mcfly!!),theyre deadly for a reason. then the other part,about touch and go at long range,not surprised,EA/DICE want snipers to be run and gunners but so do most of the players (whom are runners) or theyd complain to EA about being shot dead constantly (not always the fault of a powerful weapon but a lot to with predictable movement of the player),yet feel no guilt running behind a sniper to...
dont mean to be a donald downer,but games make the outcome of a console,not the hardware alone. yes im getting a PS4 and expect good things from it but claiming it to outdo PS2 before we get it is a bit out of hand. it has to really prove itself over the next two years to impress me like the mighty PS2 did.

its only 32vs32 on one game mode in next gen.
plus its only 64 players for ONE mode,not the whole game like peeps seem to think and say on this site
not bad but not awesome either. looks like 30fps too. racers / car games need to be 60fps next gen imo
not surprising,we played BF series in 480p on current gen consoles while other games were played in 720p / 1080i. now next gen their games will only be one step up in resolution,i'm not surprised,then on top of that only one game mode allows for 64 player online. not exactly what i was expecting for next gen,especially when i used to play games from 32 player to 250 players online on systems 10 plus years ago.
