The decision wasn't a reversal of policy in the same sense that Sony changed theirs for PS4.
They were going to announce the policy change at Gamescon(?) but it was leaked before MS official announcement.

Very interesting uses of the Kinect 2, I'm hoping more and more devs explore and create new ways of incorporating this tech into more of their games.
Will definitely pick these up when they come out for the Xbox One.
DA2 was a bit of a let down, okay not a bit it was a let down.
But there was some bright points that I think should be carried over, (mainly the combat part).
I have read in other articles that Bioware recognized the extreme criticisms they received from the last DA(2) and they are definitely fixing those.
Regardless I am anxious to see what they pull off next with this title.

Granted, the camera phone recording this is suspect at best but you can hear the guy say it looks good and from the footage shown it looks and plays great.
