I like how a lot of people are suggesting they add more gunplay when that's exactly what made ME so unique in the first place. If DICE had emphasized the shooting, it wouldn't have had nearly the positive reception it received. ME was a parkour-infused action/adventure game, and should continue to be. Shooting was made as a last resort from the get-go, for those unskilled or too new to pull off melee attacks or think on their feet. It's the reason I loved ME so much, and why so ma...
I took time out of my day to login at work just to disagree with you.
That is all.
Couldn't have said it better..
Kojima helped MercurySteam a lot throughout the development of Lords of Shadow. It makes sense that they would add this little homage. I think it's friggin' awesome..
A fanboyish knock against MGS4! It's like I'm living in 2008 again! :D
Dudes know if dicks start showing up in videogames, more and more female nudity is sure to follow as well.. (unless you're in to that, of course)
duh.
someone with common sense. Kojima wanted to expand the MGS palate to entice gamers who find stealth-only gameplay boring or repetitive. MGS4 was simply the evolution of previous games. wicko is exactly right. You can play it how YOU want, and to me that's much better than being forced into a single playstyle for the entire game. MGS4 will stand as one of the greatest achievements in videogames, and no wannabe gaming "journalist" purely trolling for website hits is going to chang...
That's exactly what I first thought after reading the title. One can only hope.. Mirror's Edge is by far one of the best and most refreshing new IPs this gen and absolutely deserves a sequel with a deeper, more developed storyline. Keep fingers crossed.. knowing EA, us ME fans are gonna need the luck.
Anything from the Persona team is something to get excited about.
~plus, boobies.
that big sewer battle 3/4 through the game was pretty tough, and some of the challenge rooms as well, especially when you have to actually time your movements well with no counter-warning. So much more rewarding. As for "puzzles," I wasn't aware it was meant to be a challenging puzzle game. I loved AA, and can't friggin wait to see AC in action.
for being a Clockwork Orange fan. That is all.
I've always really wanted to play one of the Inazuma Eleven games (they look like a blast), but never wanted to import. Also, I'm a MASSIVE Miyazaki/Studio Ghibli fan, so this is some awesome, awesome news.
but I believe you meant to say, "one of the best games of all-time."
Damn you, Nintendo.. I already feel my wallet starting to cringe.
But that statement, after watching Nintendo's PC, is a bunch of bull. They showed an incredible about of new hardcore (and casual) games, especially in comparison to the joke M$ displayed yesterday. Nintendo is the king of this year's E3 as far as I'm concerned, and as big of a Sony fanboy as I am, they've got a lot of catching up to do.

Holy shit.
Toss in a Legend of Legaia remake/sequel, and I'd be in pure RPG gaming bliss..
If KHIII or any other new KH title is announced for PS3 at E3 this year, I will probably cry. Or my head will explode. Probably both.
Just THINKING about it gives me chills.. before this point, I was really excited (like every year) for E3. But now, I just can't f***ing wait.

You just accomplished what the devs wanted from the start.. not firing a single shot through the entire story mode was an achievement/trophy, even. DICE knows their guns. They have made some great shooters, and the lack of emphasis on gunplay in ME was intended.
