Despite the fact that I bitch and moan about EA unjustly owning a monopoly on many major sports franchises, I always end up picking up the new NHL every year. There just really is no feeling quite like having a buddy send a perfect cross-crease pass through for an easy goal and vice versa. I absolutely cannot wait to see the improvements they've made with "next-gen" hardware, however inevitably minor they end up being.
I will gladly double-dip.
Since No More Heroes.
I would love something unexpectedly fitting like worlds revolving around Studio Ghibli. The character interaction from a Spirited Away or Princess Mononoke world would be a lot of fun and could you imagine the how gorgeous the levels would look with that signature Ghibli art style? They obviously aren't synonymous with Squeenix, but Disney has some close ties, distributing the localized versions of most of their films and all...

Welcome to N4G.
Wow, so much for the VGA's/VGX being the staple of major videogame reveals...just abysmal. And that's coming from someone extremely excited about the idea of a Telltale GoT game.
Considering how much Mark Rein has been hyping the 11/14 Sony event, it wouldn't shock me to see this game officially revealed there with exclusivity of some sort in tow. It's hard to argue that a partnership with Epic would be a monstrous victory for Sony after the impact Gears had on the Xbox community and gaming world as a whole "last" gen.
11/14/13
The timing of this event certainly is intriguing. Sony obviously knows that most of their userbase will be in line at the time of the event, so why would they chose that timeslot? It can only mean one thing...
THE LAST GUARDIAN: SECRET LAUNCH GAME EDITION CONFIRMED!!!
Ooooooh, awesome find! So at this point the debate boils down to...PS3, Vita, PS4 or a combination of the three?
SEGA would be foolish to not realize the monster numbers Persona games continually put up in North America, especially considering it's a niche genre. You also have to consider that Atlus has one of the most dedicated fanbases in gaming, so if SEGA does manage to **** the bed and not localize, they're gonna hear about it...and the message ain't gonna pretty.
Ugh, what a horribly mediocre way to reintroduce the Legacy of Kain series...as anyone who has played the first few games in the series would know, one of the greatest, most engaging elements of the series is the story and the characters that inhabit it. Why scrap that for a class-based multi-player only game? After successfully rebooting some great franchises like Tomb Raider and Deus Ex, I was sure Squeenix would know better. But unfortunately now Nosgoth will bomb and the LoK franchise wil...
Yeah, it's really too bad. TR and Sleeping Dogs were excellent games.
Quit your bitching and go play Counter-Strike or one of the countless other games in which you can kill people of various skin colors other than brown. What a ridiculous non-issue.
I'm withholding judgment on the graphics until we can get a HQ direct-feed trailer, but the gameplay and tone alone have me convinced this'll be worthy of a day-one buy.
Goddamn incredible is what it is.
Sold.
Phenomenal looking indie games like RiME certainly made their conference worth watching IMO. And it sounds like you just need to temper your expectations... why would they announce all of their blockbuster exclusives within the first 7 months of announcing the console itself?
Well tickets are free, soooo...
