Funny how this story is right next to all those others claiming how great Sony is doing and that they are catching up. Guess things aren't doing so well after all.
At this rate it will only be another 3 years before they catch up. At that point nobody is going to care because we'll be on the next generation.

But why would you want to return it? The game looks like it is going to be great. Not to mention that is incredibly dishonest.
The difference between Crysis 2 and other failed Halo killers is that the next installment of Halo, Reach is looking like it might actually flop. If you look at the Beta feedback forum on Bungie.net, it is littered with complaints. On top of that, they are going to ban people from matchmaking for 30 minutes if they quit a game. This is going to make a lot of people not want to buy Halo: Reach and where will they turn? Crysis 2.
I don't understand why Sony doesn't just give up with the PSP and focus more on the PS3. They are needlessly losing money trying to come back when the DS is obviously just going to continue it's reign in the world of handhelds.

Yeah if they want to release their game to half of the install base of gamers as they could for the Xbox 360, they should surely choose the PS3!

Actually it would be a good thing for gamers. It would prevent companies, like Sony, from advertising that their machines do something, then pull the plug on it. It's called bait and switch. You can't say your machine supports an OS, then people buy it because of this, and then they no longer support that OS. It's not as if they just took that functionality out of future models but ripped it right out of the consoles of the people who already bought it for that.
8 vs 9 million? That means it will only be 5 more years before the PS3 catches to the 360 at that rate! LOL

This article is full of well though out, valid points, that just about any gamer could raise about Sony and the PS3. It articulates my thoughts on the company since the PS3 was released and why I turned from a loyal Sony customer for years with the PS1 and PS2 to having no interest at all in purchasing the PS3.

This is a good thing because ODST was actually one of the only good Halo games. I was sad to see it didn't sell as well. The campaign was epic and Firefight is a really fun mode. I just wish you could play it online with matchmaking.
Which is worse? Murder or rape? I would argue murder. So why is murder allowed in games but not rape? It doesn't make sense. This girl is too young to understand how important freedom of speech is. You can't just stop a game from being made because you don't like it.

Yeah I don't think that anybody who reported the story has actually read it. If you look at these reports it is claiming that user reviews don't matter. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THE ARTICLE IS ARGUING. If you think that user reviews don't matter, then you should be agreeing with and approving this article. Once it gets failed due to reports, I will be posting this in the legit articles that were failed thread because it's just so clear these reports are from people who never even read the article...

Actually it hasn't paid off if they are posting losses while their competition is making a profit. If they didn't include Blu-Ray they could have been ahead.
