Its next gen by technicality because being a next gen console is dependent on a time frame not a standard of specs. Anyhow, despite what the Nintendo fanboys think the Wii U isn't doing anything knew, the specs will most likely suck for its time frame, etc.
It seems like the guys that are petitioning for exclusives to come to an end, are the same ones that shun others for owning one console. The game is a little rough around the edges I agree but its has potential. A little polish and best looking platformer on consoles confirmed.
