First off its obvious Nintendo is trying to change their image to the hardcore gamers. Second of all games are for fun and Nintnedo has been pretty good about that.
I have not run into any of these issues that where brought up at all, the game play is solid and its just a lot of fun.
This shit better not get passed, its a cool piece of tech but WILL be used for piracy.

See but when Microsoft went down it was because A LOT of new players just got the service and it caused the servers to overload, Sony said it was an outside force that shut their servers down so there is a much more freighting reality here if our CC's are on the service and can not be guaranteed they are safe.

Yes but see there is a difference here, Sony can not guarantee CC details have been kept safe and have even said they can not guarantee that.

Actually the neoGAF boards are not going either way, the rumors we have are very inconsistent with each other.
It does seem like A LOT of people think this is just a new DS revision, Nintendo really screwed themselves over by doing that.
They also need to actually market the 3DS by itself more.
