Most types of looter games don't appeal to me. Even more so ones that focus on co-op/online. Still at least this is more of a slasher and not just another looter shooter.
You buy the DLC like you would any other DLC. Why would anyone get a discount?
What's stupid is not actually doing research. Pirates of the Caribbean is part of Kingdom Hearts 2 and 3 and features all of this.
Not really. All this ties into the Pirates of the Caribbean world. If your fine with your kids playing the POTC world in the base game it's fine here.
Why do you hope they delay it? It's been built on current gen but will come out for next gen(probably when a game of the year version happens) and the major fanbase will still be current gen. It's fine if you wish to wait yourself but to hope a game is delayed seems very selfish.
I'll let them know so they can stop fixing their game and hop into their time machine to fix it ON LAUNCH.
The X is no different to 360, One or any other name they want to attach to the console after "Xbox". Xbox Series X Pro/S will be the middle gen upgrade.

That isn't going to happen.
It's hard to see the differences right away however that's because games at the end of each console cycle look so good. Still I can clearly see the difference now between a early PS4 game and late cycle PS3 game. It'll be no different here. Big jumps like PS1 to PS2 or 16bit to 3D isn't what we are going to get here but it doesn't need to be that case anyway.

Nope. This DLC is fleshing out things a little bit but is more like the Final Mix contents of past games.
Should have been? Eh. I also can't think of many at all that were in Dream drop distance and Birth by Sleep from the top of my head. They won't be playing a important role in this DLC too. Still folk requested them so here they are.

It won't be it's own genre but it is something different and I welcome devs trying new things even if said new thing might not work out.
Of course there is a reason to buy a PS5. Some folk simply don't have a decent gaming PC for many reasons. For me personally I find consoles to be more accessible so I'll take a PS5 at some point.
