@rabidpancakeburglar they make money off of software sales too (and blu ray sales for that matter) though not just the consoles. I would expect Xbox in 2013 and ps3 in 2014. The sooner they come out, the sooner we get better games and price cuts. I just hope they wait for the future tech available that will at least last 5 years.
well its the gamma levels not the hdmi settings but yes its adjustable.
and the contrast is adjustable so, buy which ever.
they aren't much different but it would be easier if it wasn't for the gamma differences. They should adjust before the screen shots.

why do you need the psn to transfer your stuff to your new system. If you're talking about your saves and all that stuff just use the Ethernet cable to transfer all your data to your new system.

Sony didn't sue Geohot for what he did to his console he was sued for "distributing jailbreak software".
If they knew the exact time they would tell everyone. They don't know exactly how long its going to take the guys to rebuild the psn security.

it really depends how much the xbox is worth to you. Is kinect, live, gears, and halo worth the 300-400 you spent plus the 60 dollars for live each year if the new xbox comes out in 2013 which is probably be the earliest it would. To me, no because i like what the ps3 offers game wise a lot more, my friends are on ps3, and i dont care even a little about kinect, but you may be different. But i would recommend at least returning it until e3 in case of a price drop. Thats like console buying ru...

Im definitely excited for rage. You can tell just by looking at the game play and developers that rage is not comparable to Brink. I always thought brink just looked more like a silly gimmicky game that wasn't taken very seriously. Rage seems more like a true AAA game.
