I think that would be a good idea.
Don't see it happening, but I would definitely be on-board with a name change.
I'd hit it.
Oh man, how could I forget about Escape Plan?? I'm pretty sure that is a launch title. It looks amazing.
If it won't take up too much of the 4GB memory stick, I'll probably go with that one now that I think about it.
Love racing games, I was planning on getting Modnation until they announced it had no online racing :(
I probably would go with Wipeout but I already have HD/Fury on PS3.
I'm buying two games at launch. Uncharted for sure and I'm having a little trouble deciding what my second will be. I have it narrowed down to Rayman: Origins, Hot Shots Golf and Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom. Hopefully that will get me through until LittleBigPlanet comes out.
Can't wait!
Here are a few I'm hoping for. Some of them were mentioned in the article but I'll list them anyways.
* Brand new UI
* Full connectivity with Vita (maybe even a Vita/PS4 bundle)
* DualShock 4 with improved triggers and built-in mic
* Internet TV app
* Improved web browser with full mouse/keyboard support
* Revamped PSN
And hopefully less of a focus on motion control next-gen. :P
LOL
How does this happen?? Is it a printing mistake or do they just forget to double check these kind of things?
@LOGICWINS
No excuse.
Anyone expecting it to break sales records will be disappointed. It was never going to appeal to the mass market out of the gate. For the first few years it will be geared towards hardcore gamers. Its going to be a slow burner, but that doesn't mean it won't do well.
I was talking strictly in Japan. It wasn't a great launch for Japan because majority of the games were aimed towards a western audience and do you really think it...
Exactly, not to mention that Nintendo pulled out all their big releases in the same window as the Vita launch.
Darn, that's still a ways off.
Its definitely my most anticipated Vita game. Oh well, at least I'll have lots of good stuff to play leading up to LBP.
We already knew Resistance was going to have MP, wasn't that confirmed in the first trailer we saw?
But MP in Golden Abyss would be sweet. Bring it on!
If the first one had a slimmer design, I would like that one, but #5 is the only really good one in my opinion.
I really enjoyed RE5, the problem I had with it was that it was an action game first, it had no horror elements in it whatsoever. It was a good game, just not a good Resident Evil game.
NOOOOOOOOOO!
If there is co-op of any kind in the main story, consider me completely uninterested in this game.
Its survival horror. I want zombies, dim lighting, intense music, ammo shortages, ect... Having a friend play through with you completely takes the sense of horror away.
C'mon Capcom, just reboot the franchise and do it right!
The game looks fine (a little cheesy) but I'm really excited for the movie.
New trailer coming out in the next month, can't wait!
Maybe I just have a different opinion on portable systems but I have to strongly disagree with you.
What do you consider to be a "handheld experience"?
When I think of handheld games, I think of games that you can play in 5 minute bursts. That's not something we get (or want) on the 3DS or the Vita.
Just because a game works well on a console, doesn't mean it wont work well on a handheld. You probably haven't played the ...
One accessory I hope to see is snap-on rubber nubs for the analog sticks, to give them more of a dualshock feel.
We also thought that last year when they revealed it. And that was probably the worst console reveal I've ever seen.
How you present what you're showing is just as important as what you actually have to show. Last year I thought they failed on both fronts. I think we'll see a good show from them this year tho. A lot of great first party stuff and a few big third party announcements.
Guessing their big reveal will be a Mario game for the Wii U laun...
Depends what you mean by flop.
I think it will sell 35-40 million. Hardly a flop, but not great in comparison to the numbers the Wii pulled in.
Kingdom Hearts 2 came out in what, March 2006?
Square, I hate you for not giving us a proper sequel by now.
At least an HD collection or something, yeesh.
