Lots of bundles for the Vita coming out soon.
Madden, LittleBigPlanet, Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty and PlayStation All-Stars.
Sweet - I'm using my nexus 7 right now. After I play World of Goo, I'll check some of these out.
No invite for All-Stars :( but I did get one for LittleBigPlanet Karting.
The design is kind of meh, but I'll wait until I see some high-res pics before I judge it.
16GB, if they can price that at $149, sales will be off the charts. Guessing $199 tho.
I'm sorry, but am I the only one who saw the picture of that and thought to myself "What an ugly fan mockup of a 3DS XL"
The screens look so awkward to me. I would still go for the original design.
I love me some WipEout
Almost have my platinum trophy in 2048. I just need to finish up the multiplayer campaign (ugh).
@Megaton
Not really tho, its like that for ALL mobile devices.
An 8gb ipod touch is $199 but a 32gb is what, $299? $269? Something like that.
The same pricing model is used on basically all tablets and smartphones too. Everyone does this, because they can get away with it.
RPGs!
The movie looks freakin' fantastic, I think I'm staying away from the game tho. Might get it for PS3 down the road when I can get it for $19 or something.
The movie ... already have my tickets for the midnight show in imax 3D. Is it July yet?
Kevin Butler, Sora, Megaman, Batman and Spider-Man
Batman and Spidey in the same fighting game? Yes please.
Ya, you had to create like three different accounts that you'd never use for anything else and the passwords for each of the accounts had different restrictions so you couldn't use the same pass for all three.
I had fun with MGO for the first few days, but never really played it after that.
Tropic Thunder is awesome.
@Jabberwocky237
If I did, I wouldn't have bought a first edition bundle with Uncharted, Wipeout, Hot Shots, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Super Stardust.
I'm as big of a Vita supporter as you'll find. That's just my prediction for the new price when they decide to drop it. I actually think the Vita is a bargain at $249, but they will have to drop the price soon.
When they didn't announce the price for it at their presser, I was thinking the same thing.
$189.99
It depends on the game, but either way it adds extra incentive to unlock those extras. Ordinarily I wouldn't put in the hours to unlock that kind of stuff for a game I don't intend on playing much after I move on to something else, but if I get a nice trophy for it ... I'll usually do it.
To be honest, I will not buy a game without trophies anymore.
When a game has trophies, it squeezes extra hours out of the game that I wouldn't have bothered to put in. Thanks to trophies I got hundreds of hours out of LittleBigPlanet 1/2, did multiple playthroughs on the Uncharted series. And it gives you a reason to pop the game back in down the road if you didn't platinum it.
My trophy level is almost to level 14, I'm working on it tho :P
That's actually a month or two earlier than I was expecting after they didn't talk about the release date at E3.
Its my most anticipated Vita game for sure, but I can wait a few more months.
If they're not selling it for a loss, that means its either going to be underpowered or overpriced. Or both.
I'm sticking with my $349 prediction.
Microsoft - D+
Sony - C+
Nintendo - D-
niiiice - Sackboy and Sir Daniel are definitely gonna be my regulars.
