It was a pretty crappy game. The graphics were spotty at best (with fantastic animations though) and the story was as lame as they come.
The gameplay? well nothing we haven't done a million times before.
Xenoblade, easily one of the best games this gen.

I liked the comment about the horrible side quests.
they were so simple that they were predictable after a while. The citadel felt tiny and it was lame that you met a familiar face on every planet.
about 50% of the game was 10/10
the other half sucked.
If you think the end of ME3 was artistic or even "entertainment" then I can't help you.

This was a well written article, but people are making the mistake of thinking he is calling U3 and ME3 bad or worse games then U2 and ME2.
