I loved the first fable, but I wanna hear more about the fact that you can't die in this one. Granted I haven't played this yet but doesn't taking out the fear of death kind of remove the challenge/reward? No pain, no gain? I will wait till I've played it to pass judgement, but I'm wondering what everyone else thinks about no death, instant rez, just lose some experince thingy. I hope for fable II's sake that this is an awesome machanic and that I'm just "missing" it.

This is one game that makes me wish I could afford more than one console. It looks really cool.
I know quite a few Non-gamers who own PS3 actually. Being a poor graduate student sucks, I forget that some people have way to much money (enough to own the most expensive game system even though you don't play games!) Anyone who thinks Blu-ray is going to fail needs to wake up and see the high definition future. Oh by the way this movie as well as TDK are going to rule. I just watched starship troopers and that was mind blowing on blu-ray.

Many many people will be buying HDTVs this holiday and they will want blu-rays to take advantage of those TVs. I already know a quite a few non-gamers who have purchased a PS3 because it is a blu-ray player (the cheapest one on the market). Everyone I know who bought a Wii has either sold it (or traded it for a 360/PS3) or lets it collect dust. I actually think this looks really awesome! I love sonic and there aren't A lot of good platformers out right now so I might buy it. I was skeptical of the werehog segments but the game play looks pretty fun in this video. I didn't really see a problem with frame rate but maybe my eyes just didn't catch it.
Anyone who puts spore in the top 10 is either 1) not a real gamer or 2) retarded. That game was the shallowest piece of crap I ever got hyped for.
