Will GT5 have split-screen? I'm thinking about getting this game because I did have fun playing GT in the PS1 gen with a friend. My girlfriend and I love playing games together, including racers but it seems this gen split-screen isn't in many games. So I was wondering if this will. Thanks to whoever can answer this and have a link to an article stating if it does or doesn't.

Drake goes down to get a clue/treasure and as the lava rises has to climb back out before he gets fried, then make a run down the volcano before it erupts.
I don't think the plot-line itself was good (about action movie good), but the characters blew me away. Honestly the voice-acting, body language, really helped sell the characters and the storyline on a whole. So though I believe the plot-line itself is a bit weak, I love the characters, even the evil ones.
You obviously were not here a few years ago when we had every xbox fanboy under the sun here talking trash about the other consoles. It's like the carrot calling the tangerine, orange. (tired of the kettle, pot, black saying). My point here is that N4G is for fanboys, period. It just depends on the year who's in the majority.

away the competition. These devs are just plain wicked this gen. Uncharted is one of my gems for the ps3 and I have no doubt uncharted 2 will be a gem as well. I still want to know why he's dieing in the first teaser trailer they showed.

Kidding in all honesty it does look like it's an easy win for Sony but you never know anymore. Microsoft could show us some stuff that blow our minds, and then sony will try to top them so our chunks that are already on the walls blow up again. It'll be awesome.

Resi5 versus mode should have been an update not DLC. I mean that is bullshit especially releasing it so soon after the game came out.
I think I like Criterion Games' method I mean they updated a lot of Burnout Paradise with free content and only later did they bring out premium dlc. I think that's doing it right.
Valkyria Chronicles seems to be doing it right as well bring extra stuff out about year after the game was out to boost sales and to extend life span.

I want story, and I want it now. Valkyria Chronicles had a great story, FF8, FF9, and FF6 had a great story, Parasite Eve had one of the most bad ass stories. What I'm getting at is that anything RPG related should have a damn good story. No more FF12's, god d**n it!

Turn base combat is about strategy, sorta like chess. True after awhile turn based combat can be a real pain in the @ss but that is why Jrpgs are usually judged on the story and character development.

Is a wicked game,I love the battle system it took me back to the day when I played Legend of Dragoon. Of coarse LO uses a circle while LoD uses squares but details, details, lol. Anyway graphics were good, story was decent and I liked the characters. So personally I say if you haven't played this game, you should.
I've been playing this game and I find it really addicting and a breath of fresh air with it's leveling system. Though the story is interesting, not the greatest so far, but certainly interesting. It's fighting system has a nice mix of new and old, I've not noticed any frame rate drops and the graphics are decent. Honestly I think this game is worth 8.5/10 and should be played if you're into rpg's, don't let the art style put you off.
