You stopped caring about the most important gaming franchise of all time?
It seems like the game is for the "300" crowd. Not my cup of tea.
If Ryse had actual multiplayer like 4v4, survival, ffa, and a dark souls / condemned combat system and didnt go overkill with f*cking slo mo I would buy it in a heartbeat.
If people buy this game and more like it in droves this generation... then we aren't progressing anywhere as gamers.
Id pay 120 bucks for SC2 even if was only online. It just depends on how good it is.
I wish it was scarier and scrappier, but that wouldn't be as fun.
im surprised halo isnt on this list lol
yeah thats true. TLoU vs dota? have you heard of WC3? TLoU is the best game ever, and besides all these games i listed can be played on PS3.
The five reasons listed are completely on a technical side, except #1, which can be countered, by something called "used game sales."
Here is 5 reasons why consoles are better.
1. For a bread and butter computer you are going to need to plop down $600 + an operating system which = $700. >>> compare that to a $300 or $400 console.
2. On top of that every half generation for consoles you're going to need to upgrade to keep up, unt...
Hell yeah I love Kubricks Spartacus. Why cant we have a game like that??
Till we actually get our hands on the gameplay, we really wont know. It might be an improvement over Dark Souls, or it might be too easy, and repetitive.
most overhyped game of next gen? its the same mechanics as call of duty. (XP for kills, it even looks the same.) except you have a double jet pack and a mech in the game. it even has brown and bloom bullshit going on.
i actually liked how most of the time the weapon damage took actual place on the enemies bodies. that was cool. but im still doubtful of even the singleplayer looking that good, most of the e3 stuff was on high end pcs.
those legs are glitchy as hell.
honestly it looks great, witcher 3 quality, but not half as good as those ridiculous screenshots theyve been showing.
timesplitters has done that for ages. 160 playable characters, 40% being female.
its an interesting dynamic, i mean essentially it adds a whole new controller for "mini games" or set pieces. hacking in bioshock for instance
the no recoil thing bothers me the most.
60fps is nice, but they could have done more... its REALLY hard to spot the difference if you mashed up the two videos of BO2 and Ghosts.
movie reviews are worse, at least with games people can be more objective - since scores are mostly based on actual things, (gameplay/graphx/sound/story.) Where as a movie, someone could give it a 1/5 just because it was too dark, or the reviewer didn't like the ending. It's like, but it has good acting, good writing, good cinematography... come on.
IGN gave deadly premonition way to high of a score... shit game man, cool story, but shit game.
wait so no zombies but monsters? i really dont get the title of this. i thought it was going to be like "a boy and his dog" or something.
Bulletstorm? Gross.
