I hope it brings some of the community back from Reach to 3. Really really wanted to get into Reach's multiplayer, but it never felt like true Halo to me. Guess it was the weapons maybe? The maps? Idk haha
Haha it's almost impossible these days to go completely dark on a game. The one game that has been really dark for me is Bioshock Infinite and I'm going to keep it that way.
Somebody asked the question in the crowd, they didn't actually show it off. If you go and listen to the livestream during the Q&A session you should find it.
not bad not bad
I'm looking forward to the next ten years of Halo
or approve this post with the full 16 min demo :) http://n4g.com/news/1032835...
Really excited for this game after reading the answers to the questions. Seems like they really know what their doing. I can't wait to see how detailed the zombies look on CryEngine 3.
Couldn't you essentially do this with a remote desktop app on an iPod touch as well? I mean there's no controls, but it's basically the same concept.
They could always add the maps as dlc like they did with the original anniversary map set?
One of the only game series I can play and never get tired of the story haha.
@Irishguy95 - Can't forget about the epic soundtracks as well, man, I hear any Halo song and it forces my hand to play the game hahaha.
Not confirmed yet, but with the info-graphic they released a few days ago showing that anniversary sold 1.5 million copies, I can't see a reason why they wouldn't do the same for Halo 2. It's just extra money in their pockets.
Do you want them to spoil the whole damn game before you even buy it??? I mean seriously, I'd rather be surprised by what happens then know who might be the enemy on the colonial side. Give the developers and Ubisoft a break, my god.
You know what the funniest thing is though, the people that pay for Gold are still bombarded with advertisements on every single page of the dashboard lol.
I think the main issue with these services is the fact that a lot of people are unwillingto just "Try" it. I used my netbook, that has a terrible graphics card in it on a trip in NY to use OnLive and I played Split Second at 60 fps (used fraps to measure) and got high quality graphics. Used it in the airport too haha.
That's what I was thinking.
Screw comedy central, reading these comments give me my fix for the day.
Sigh, I just really don't like the idea of these contracts, especially with microsoft and their credit card policy. It's not as hard as it used to be to get your cc removed from their services, but I can't see myself buying a console and having to treat it like a cell phone service as some have said above.
So I think I'm starting to see the picture more clearly now, better and more advanced hardware = a quarter of the cost. I'm sold! /S
Well written article, but cmon, dropping the playstation brand?
Where's Chloey from Uncharted 2? Or the chicks from Mass Effect?
