What are you talking about? Where's your source where they apparently "promised" mp in the Bioshock Infinite? All they did was start work in the modes and cut them because they didn't work.
The less time they're spending on tacked on mp, the more time they have to add to the sp experience and make it a super polished game.
@Haha people like me? Not every game has to have multiplayer, and most games that are supposed to be focused on SP, add it in and it's no good. Uncharted took the chance and got lucky, other games like Spec Ops The Line, Dead Space added it in when nobody wanted it. Bioshcok is known for it's amazing single player campaign, not MP....
