At least my cat can find its way home without having to smell it's own shit to track its way back..
"Torture as entertainment" - Since when is that anything new? Have we not seen most horror flicks of today? Hills have Eyes, House on the Left, Texas Chainsaw Massacre?
Well for how large the game is in scope, I'm surprised that, is pretty much the only problems you could find. Sure, there are a few glitches and bugs here and there, but nothing really game breaking at least.
Guess someone didn't hear the news that they spent 2 + years developing the game. It certainly wasn't "rushed".
Don't matter.
I couldn't of guessed, Tom Chick once again.
Wait a sec. How can you say Black Ops 2 deserves a 4/10 without even playing. That's so ignorant. What if it's a good or great game and Treyarch surprises us all. A good game is a good game and int this case, it seems like either Danger Close dropped the ball, or EA just pushed it out the door way too fast to compete.
TV? FOX says hello.
Edit: "Real" journalism can come from anyone, paid or not.
It wasn't even a photoshoot...somebody took a screen grab of a video interview, NeoGaf got a hold of it and made a post titled "Games Journalism" and that's where this whole outcry started. Then Eurogamer's post came along, being somewhat related, but focusing more on the actual insides of the industry and people working in it.
While this article isn't exactly good by any means, it did actually make me think about the trailers released by Medal of Honor with press coverage quotes in them. Especially with the major one being pushed by EA "Warfighter won me over" or whatever it said, but it was by IGN. Expecting about a 6 or 7 from IGN, so we'll see how it matches up with their previews...
Lol, that's a funny trailer.
The temptation to watch is killing me...(starts ravenously eating)
More than likely this wasn't a review copy, as most publishers would like to be thanked for providing the site with a review copy. My site does that on every review.
Anyways, this review is garbage, everything they talked about can be seen from the previews of the game. Either, they just tried to write a review off of footage from the game, or the writer just plain bs'd the entire review to get it done quick and up for hits. One of our writers got the game early from ...
These guys always do this for their reviews and it's usually shitty writing too. If you've noticed they usually have a review up a few days before embargo ends. This site should be blacklisted..
Not even going to read the review as you already know it's pretty shady.
It's wrong to do it to any game not just Medal of Honor. You can have your doubts of course, but simply saying a game is going to disappoint before you even play it is just ridiculous.
You can do that with full games?? Hmmmm.
I would be very mad if that happened to my save. Getting up to even 22 took a long time for me haha.
This is so stupid, we're judging a game before you even play it. Not saying it won't disappoint, but if you have that mindset heading in then you deserve to be disappointed. I liked MOH 2010, this one from everything I've seen looks better and I'm looking forward to it. Keep it up Danger Close.
Ha, don't let others people's unbackable opinions affect yours. Unless someone's played the game, I don't listen to their ramble about how it's complete crap and all. If I did that on a regular basis I would have missed out on some real great games like Enslaved etc.
At least people actually find this funny. I'd rather have something give me a chuckle than read another top list..
