Lying about his age doesn't mean anything. He can't legally agree to TOS at that age regardless. That's how the law works.

Having played the beta, it was surprisingly more fun than expected. I thought I'd like it for a minute, turned out I played it for hours and just kept wanting more.
Also, being a child of 12 at the time, he cannot legally agree to any contract or Terms of Service, therefore it's a moot point
Their inability to act swiftly and prevent this person from losing possibly thousands of dollars worth of purchases justifies a lawsuit. Such a delayed reaction after a person makes many purchases would be a lawyers dream just for the publicity

I didn't say he had praise, I said he bashed the game, meanwhile admits it was fun. That's a true fanboy. He hates the game and Microsoft while silently saying it's actually a good game.

It's very much just another Sony fanboy hate article. He even goes on to say the game looks amazing! Having played the beta, it was way more fun than I thought it would be. Great game.
Will it turn things around for Xbox? One game won't do that by itself, but it's definitely a piece of the puzzle that will improve consumer views on the system. If Crackdown is good and something else hits this year, Xbox will have a solid year.

Honestly the game is good enough to be milked... I still play it... It's fun
Sounds good on paper, but anything upgradeable would be limited by whatever parts you are keeping. Xbox had a better plan. New machines that are part of one eco system and are forever compatible.

I played Fortnite first... Made me appreciate PUBG way more
PUBG has a gritty real world fear of being spotted. I'm worried about footsteps, gun shots etc...
I love Fortnite but it feels like I'm playing a cartoon, therefore I have no real connection to living or dying

I looked Fortnites single player experience. PvE was great. The PUBG knock off is good but lacks the tension.
PUBG wins for battle arena. Way more intense.

It is the Mario of Xbox, but Mario is only good because of the love associated with Mario. Overall hop and bop games are boring...
