Yes it is. I tried playing Tenchu on my PS1 and it doesn't hold up. Ninja Blade is a futuristic button mash type game, it's a bit generic.
Sekiro is beautiful and brutal and the environments are spot on. And the combat is just awesome, as it's precise, nuanced and lethal (not in a cartoony way like Ninja Blade)
I would say technically and in my opinion Sekiro is their best one to date.

The game is a good time waster with little to no monetary investment.
I banking on at least 6 different editions of this game and a 70 usd season pass. No MTs, which we means we will have to pay for it one way or another.
