Oh come-the-fuck on. This obviously isn't true; it's obviously an attempt to generate massive hits through subterfuge - and it worked. Over 1000 degrees? You know, it's like school-yard bullies: this problem will likely go away if everyone can just find the intestinal fortitude to ignore it. Stop reinforcing garbage.
While the shoddy, pseudo-journalism in question is a problem, it is allowed to propagate through the same means as sub-par films.
People constantly complain about how Hollywood makes nothing but crap, but people like Michael Bay wouldn't keep rolling out garbage if people didn't continue to go see it. It's preposterous to complain about how bad something is if you continue to support it.
Well, look at the typical "top 10" on N4G, and it ...
It's not even that. The most egregious offenders are a couple of pretty big game sites. I won't mention names specifically - but I don't really think that I have to. heh.
Agreed.
Apparently you missed the first edition: http://jcwigriff.com/2012/0...
lol ;D
Thank you so much for the compliment.
FLAME SHIELDS UP! I think Daniel Craig is the best Bond of all time. I'm not trolling my own article; I honestly feel this way. Go ahead - proceed to debase me. lol
Thanks for the comment on the website.
I think the sensationalist title is necessary to pull people into an article that may otherwise be overlooked. This is a valid viewpoint, and something that needs to be discussed and considered. I seriously doubt the impetus for this article was to generate hits.
lol
hahahaha
As is typical with this sort of thing, many deserving games will be left off of the list - like Mega Lo Mania.
It didn't make the cut. Maybe in the next epoch. ;)
Agree or disagree; the only thing that I ask is please read the article before commenting. Thanks. :)
I don't expect them to actually change it, but I disagree that it is pointless to openly debate the ending. What BioWare seems to forget is the story belongs to the players as well. If the consumer - the person responsible for generating BioWare's income - is this dissatisfied with the end product, their opinions should be heard. Ending aside, BioWare and EA have participated in deceptive and unethical business practices: lying to consumers, splicing off on-disc content to market as D...
How did this get approved? :\
Indeed. There are definitely obstacles to overcome, but I think that this sort of innovation on standard controller design has way more application that, say, motion controls. I don't even know if this technology will gain a solid foothold, but as I mentioned in the article, I was highly skeptical of the merits of rumble technology when it reared its head in the late 90's. I never would have imagined rumble features becoming a standard feature on controllers. Who knows?
Fascinating.
The 4LOG Podcast is awesome!
Awesome.
