I think you will find they shrunk it so get it out on time or you wouldn't be playing it for another 12 months. I would rather have 2 or 3 three games over a 3 year period rather than 1 big one and wait a long time between them. DLC is the way to go in my mind.
but GT5p got boring very quickly, in my house anyway.
I think they don't call it multi because it talks a lot about the split screen mode and new maps which not available on the other platforms.
If you read the story they are saying they have had very few problems with the Elite since it was launched in the UK last year. So I think you will be OK.
They just need to get it released before E3 or they will be in for a lot of stick.

A little off topic, but it is related to the OS. Does the PS3 allow downloading of games etc. in background while playing a game. I know initially you had to watch it download but they altered that, but I thought that you still had to stay within the XMB. If not then this is something else that needs fixing in 2.40

I like the xbox link with windows live. I can see which of my friend are on and what they are playing, send messages etc. It gives me a good excuse to take a break from work and join them. I guess PSN will never be able to have that sort of thing?
It's not expensive, my sons WoW cost me £8.99 a month, which I don't mind paying as long as he uses it. So I think what MS is charging is ok for the service you get.

I may pick this one up over the weekend, not played any of the previous ones but enjoyed the demo.
Just played the demo and I liked it. Still a bit confused about the leveling up, but I guess that will come over time. 8.5/10 for the demo
