You're forgetting that the PS3 has been out for a year less than the 360!
Also because of this, the top franchises havn't been released yet (that's next year which is its full 2nd year, just like the 360 this year with halo and mass effect)
Wow another. No offense Xbox owners but you shouldn't have to pay for a service with problems just because a lot of people are trying to use it.
Unlike your *laughs* 360, the PS3 also has blu-ray, bluetooh, wifi, motion controllers, best lineup for 2008, no 33% fail rate, no jet noise fan, free online, web browser, DivX certification, HDD standard replaceable and alot more.
With the 360 everything is extra. I would say go back to your 360 but i guess yours is in repair.

I did read about some HD DVD fans buying loads of HD DVDs on amazon to move the discs up the bestsellers. Maybe its the same group who hacked the blu-ray site.

Why is [almost] everyone saying that HD DVD is beating BD. All it is is that both formats were at the top of the rankings above HD DVD.
All the PS3s have a separate plate except the 40GB.To be honest removing the plate wouldn't be wise and it voids your warranty.
They could still have a gap in the middle of the stickers so you can see the PS3 logo.
Imagine if you messed up sticking it on. You would probably never be able to put it on at all as it would be ruined.

If it was an add-on then it probably wont be like the PS3 where most games can take advantage of the motion sencing.

install time is no big deal as its only done once. What does get annoying is when you get frequent updates that take along time to download and install. Its alot better than having to bear loading times.
