u know, i have LBP and although i thinks its a good game, i just got bored of it quite quick.
It just seemed like i was playing the same levels just with different layouts, same music/objects and gameplay etc, i dont feel like there was much diversity in the levels "feel"
I know i will get slaughtered for this but i really thought it wasnt "incredible", like it takes effort joining a level with people, with all the slowdown and everything when joi...
it was a great ad, wish they would show that here in the UK but we just have that "heart beat" one that doesnt show off the games graphics at all really.
Still atleast they are advertising it !! I have seen like 4 ads in the last day which is more than i have seen in the last 5 months!
(1 for LBP and 3 for Killzone, that were actually on channels people watch haha)
thats because like Bioshock wasnt only on xbox, it was on PC and even later to ps3 (which was rumoured since the game released).
ye $60 is normal for a game in US isnt it ?
would be annoying keeping track of them discs, i wouldnt care that i had to change them when playing, just worry about losing one haha i have discs everywhere

what did i say gives you the impression i dont have a 360 or wii ? all i said was the ps3 sales will increase with a price drop.
@ above, didnt know UK was Europe, who knew only UK sales are all that matters in Europe! and you can say that the ps3 is outselling the 360 in Europe, just because it is neck and neck in UK doesnt mean it is in the WHOLE of Europe.

Alot of already released games are getting patched for trophies lately.
dont need to spin numbers if they arnt bad, those arnt bad numbers and all i said was there will be a large increase of numbers ontop of them when there is a price drop.
No need to get all defensive etc, didnt say it would outsell the 360 with a price drop or even say anything negative about the 360.

Your also forgetting that the 360 may have sold more the last 3 months of the year, but the ps3 acutally outsold the 360 last year more months than the 360 outsold the ps3.
Anyway, the U.S isnt the entire market, the ps3 is still outselling the 360 EVERY MONTH in Japan and Europe, dont forget them markets.

But if they can get the browser to work normally while in-game, why the hell cant they make it run faster and without crashing or coming up with error messages saying "insufficient memory" etc.

Also, if they can gather the memory etc to run a browser etc while the game is in the background, why the hell cant they gather the memory to play music universally on all games from the hdd in the background instead, which is a much much more requested feature and will take up far less resources !
true, but ususally it is when the game is actually not running, for example just on the menus, or on PSN games which generally require alot less resources to run then say Killzone 2 running in the background.
If this list is true then it has basically fixed every problem i currently have with my ps3 (e.g Faster in-game XMB loading, faster trophy loading, new gamercard design)

First, the in-game XMB barely runs as it is, while i can believe they can optimise it etc so it is faster, maybe even add some voice chat.
But in-game web browsing ? nope not gona happen (i think). The browser takes up like most of the ps3s memory when not ingame, how is it going to run the browser with the game in the background!

I have the 9800GT and even without over-clocking it plays every game full settings silky smooth (except crysis on higher resolutions).
The stock fan it came with however is awful ! and when under heavy load sounds like its screaming, gona have to change the fans on that!
Can overclock it then too.

They said because better online experience, ye maybe, but that insnt included in the price tag, thats like an EXTRA $40 a year.
Theres no inbuilt WIFI or Blutooth or Bluray and cant be upgraded to larger HDD etc, how exactly is that more bang for your buck ?!
