I thought it was faked, the game resumed in like 3 seconds and it would take longer than that to re-connect the controller and start playing again.
MS always have that problem, you would think they would be on top of that by now!

^^ How can you even try and defend them not adding internal HDD Storage!? It's meant to have all of these advanced graphical capabilities etc and compete with 360/PS3. 360 + PS3 have been out for 4+ years now, HOW can this system STILL be BEHIND them in specs!?

Nintendo seems to think having specs that equal the latest smartphones/hand helds is acceptable and some how impressive.
Vita will own it in terms of features and probably be comparable in terms of power lol.
Being capable of outputting 1080p does not automatically mean it will be powerful at all, even my little netbook can output in HD lol.

But its NOT Console to Portable, THAT's what Sony is doing with PS Vita.
All Nintendo are doing is having a fat screen on the controller instead of using the TV, you wont be able to transfer the game and continue playing wherever you go...
So how does that mean Nintendo are doing it better than Sony?!
They are going to confuse the casuals with this.
Many will think this controller is another portable gaming system, but it's just a controller with a screen on it, how pointless is that!
PS Vita will own that by itself, just by being able to play it's games fully on PS3 then being able to transfer progress to the cloud and carry it on with the PS Vita wherever you go.

I think it might be possible on Vita and not PS3 because they gave the PS3 less memory to perform background functions, and gave most of it to devs, which is too late to change now lol.
They prob gave Vita a specific amount of memory for background functions such as this, which is probably more than the PS3 got for that.
I wouldn't be surprised if Vita actually has more memory than PS3 anyway..

ye, I wouldn't use it much, but I get the feeling we don't have it just because they cba spending the time/resources to update the PS3 with these type of features.

I hope PS Vita doesn't launch too soon, I am hearing alot of "Coming Soon" and "Working on it" and "Will be's", so much potential and so many devs working on it, not many seem to actually be ready to release anything lol.

It could easily still get video-out through a FW Update.
Either through wireless streaming like on Apple products, or through a cable they can launch in future.
It's not like it is incapable of video=out, so I would actually expect this feature in future updates..
