Just because someone rated it low doesn't mean you should go bitching about it. If his game was full of bugs then it's clearly going to impact his experience, personally the xp bug has stopped me from playing for a week+ now, if you all had that then you might have second thoughts about giving the game a 9 or a 10.
It is a great game though they just need to fix the game breaking bugs and i see exactly why someone may rate the game down because of this.
The difference here is that this was a gameplay trailer rather than a teaser trailer which they tended to do before the gameplay trailer. I reckon it could release this year or the start of next year.
We will wait and see.
Oblivion was but Skyrim? That game was never impressive to me visually. It was with mods but vanilla was nothing amazing.
To me Fallout 4 looks good with exception to the dog which i admit looked pretty bad but everything else looked fine, Maybe they are aiming for 60 fps on console? who knows still will be a great game.

Yes half assing a game they have been making for more than 4 years. By god gaming has changed in those years, so many whiney bitches and crying babies now, it's pathetic. Devs just can't win anymore, they make a great looking game everyone bitches about gameplay or content, you make a game full of content and great game play and people bitch about the visuals... When will you people stop.
wow people bitching already... Bethesda game aren't known for being visually spectacular, the modders make the game that. Bethesda focuses on content and Fallout 4 will have that, content that all the other Fallout and elder scrolls games have. And well, none of those games are great looking without mods, it's as if NONE of you have played any of the other games, if you were expecting amazing visuals then your clearly in the wrong place.
Bethesda games have never been good looking, they only become good looking when modders get their hands on them

Um no you can't if you get it as some people do... You get 0 xp from any quest that you do. Yes you could kill enemies all day but that's not the point.
it wasn't the best game ever but it was by no means a terrible game like everyone seems to say it is.
Well leveling up is impossible at the moment for some due to the xp bug...
There is no difference in that method... You just have to go else where to get a group, matchmaking gets rid of that which is needed. There's no guarantee someone on reddit has a a mic just as much as someone through matchmaking might not have one...
I'm sorry but the raids aren't even hard... I did one with a random group made on the forums and tbh it was just like any other MMO dungeon... The game NEEDS matchmaking, making a group on a forum is NO different to making on through an in game matchmaking system.
People saying Raids are to hard with randoms are talking complete BS, no offense as that's what people did to start with they just did it through a forum.
No the biggest problem is by far the xp bug, if you have it as bad as i do then it's game breaking. I get no xp from any quests (Side quests, Hunts, etc) on my main play through and now my second play through has it.
The game is massive, wtf do you expect. Skyrim had bugs upon bugs as long as they aren't game breaking then why should it impact the end score especially when the game barely has any major bugs...
It's not people boosting levels... It's quests not giving XP that they are fixing, it's game breaking atm for me as i get 0 xp from nearly all of my quests.
30-40 seconds is very long? lol people come on. I agree load times should be quicker but really now, they aren't long. There is one very simple way of fixing this issue, STOP dying...

Gears of war and Halo without MP? thats just 100% stupid those games halo in particular was pretty much made by it's MP heck even Gears 1 was only successful because it had a great MP.
Compared to Uncharted i never hear anyone say they actually played the MP, i might be wrong but the Uncharted games were well known for their SP and the MP wasn't very good.
