All the Bethesda game studio games were GOTY as well Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Skyrim. They are also up there with Naughty Dog. I would also put Rocksteady up there as well as the Arkham games they made are brilliant and Knight will probably also be a great game, not sure if the last 2 were GOTY games though.
Rocket league is actually a very good game, one of the funnest games I've played in a while in fact. Until Dawn is the only AAA game Sony has this year and Bloodborne of course.
"only halo will sell well" Forza 6 always sells pretty well, Tomb raider is the one that may well do badly as it's main markets were on the other platforms.

They aren't big AAA's thats why people say they have no games. Indie/arcade games aren't really replacements for the big games like Uncharted etc. IMO most of those games are either indie games that don't interest me or some typical awful Japanese game. None of those games are a Halo or a Forza.

See i never liked Bungie's Halo i always thought they were average at best, but when 343i jumped in a actually preferred there game and felt like it was a much better improvement story wise as the MP just doesn't interest me on Halo.

"downplaying" or not interested in the them at all. Not everyone likes FF7 you know. Not everyone thought TLG looked good. For Sony only had Uncharted 4 and Horizon were any good the rest i just couldn't care about at all and i have seen plenty others with the same views.
No one's downplaying anything they are clearly big games hence the reaction to them but no one is downplaying anything, some people just don't care for those games.
The problem Tomb Raider has is trying to look better than Uncharted which sadly isn't going to happen, but it will be a great game anyway. Forza 6 i wouldn't put on the list unless it was something amazing as it's just another racing sim that looks great which now a days is most racing games in general.
Halo 4 however should be in that list i mean it's Halo.

Personally the biggest announcement for me was Gears 4 but for others it's different. You can't win something when it's all down to what people like, not everyone likes Japanese games, like me as IMO they suck therefore Sony's show was only saved by UC4 and Horizon.

it really is I feel sorry for it tbh as it got so much hate for being an exclusive, its' one of the best shooters gameplay wise since cod4.
See that's what they have been saying for a while now it's going to be dark and go back to it's roots which means it should be up there with the first one, hopefully they can get the MP right like gears 1 which was easily the best MP game of last gen.

Xbox will still be the main console for competitive gaming for consoles it has the best controller for shooters and racers, CoD is a big console competitive game can hardly blame them for complaining. And the fact that players on xbox tend to be on average better than most ps4 players, which i will get disagree's for but it's true.
It did look really bad this year it usually looks alright but this year it really did look like it had finally lost it.
And then it tried to be Titanfall and failed miserably, they've got 0 ideas anymore so they just see what the guys who made cod popular are doing and said ye lets just copy that.

People don't buy Xbox for Japanese games, that's personally why i feel Sony's conference was bad as those games just don't do it for me, Final fantasy nope, street fighter nope. Uncharted and Horizon saved Sony's conference from being terrible IMO.
Where as MS had a great show to me coming out with their big guns which is what people have been waiting for from MS and is why for me there show was miles better than Sony's.
But once again...
Game looked terrible to me. Little kid running around screaming. All the hype for something that doesn't even look any good. Uncharted and Horizon made it look crap.
that's why youtube and twitch is the best way to find out about whether or not a game is good.
