Yes at least its games most of us PS fans don't like.By all means have live service games for those that want them but the focus should still be on PS bread and butter which are AAA story driven games.

Honestly, as a long time PS fan. I have been on this site since 2007 (CMRBE). PS5 is the most disapointing PS gen. Still much better than comp but compare to the PS3, PS2 and PS1 gen the PS5 gen has been a disapointment.
I don't know. Thnk it might be a company culture problem. Think MS are so use to just buying out comeptition or success or criple the comp that they thought it would work in gaming.
Think in their mind if they spent x amount they are assured success but that is not how it normally is in the arts/entertainment. Perhaps in tech it works.

People keep thinking its only about code creation which is not. Fact is any serious programmer in enterpise space yes including game coding which is very coimplex will still prefer to write their own code. Simple functions perhaps but not the majority

A.I can be used as a tool to help with dev. It can never replace actual humans. I am a fullstack dev and I I can tell you now that data pipelines and other webservices, frameworks that changes constnatly will always need a human person to deal with. People think that coding is all dev do. No. There is a heck lot more to dev work than just coding and even with coding you would be an absoloute idiot to rely on A.I code generators. Once you run into bugs you are fu*ked if you don't understan...
I love Ciri from the books and then with the games. However I think they should look at a completely different character and sotry for part 4. Also not sure how they will balance Ciri from the end of 3 with how OP she was. I mean she can literally time travel and dimesion hop like was in the books but the end of 3.

You are not alone. I've been a long-time PS fan. PS5 has been the worst PS generation by far. It's still better than Comp, but compared to the previous PS generation, it's not even close.
The biggest issue is the output of their internal studios this gen for me has been very bad.
