@UC
**"Because you have low standards. Each company will have their own Gaas and what worse is that they will screw us over with it"**
You clearly do not know what the term 'Games as a Service' means. You are using the term to describe a subscription based service such as Game Pass or EA access.
GaaS is the term used to describe games that have a continuous revenue model that gives the player the ability to pay after t...
****"I don’t think so. Gaas will slowly killing Physical gaming. Then you realize that you have been backstabbed. Like I told you, do you think Gaas will be perfect future?"****
Maybe you should take off your tinfoil hat and stop with the conspiracy theories UC. There are over 100 games on Game Pass made by many different developers and yet you focus on the one game on there that is even remotely close to a GaaS.
I'm not even sure that you ...

***"Then you kill the balance of gaming. How far we push digital when it pushing us back ? There has to be balance between both of them. You just want to kill and bury it. Is that you want to erase history of gaming"***
The game you get on a disc will not preserve the history of gaming, physical releases today are not like previous generations where the game on the disc or cartridge is the full, final version of the game.

@neutral
"just like cross play sony gets no benefits while ms does. why allow it"
They should allow it because there tagline is "For the Players".
Regardless of platform, the more gamers that get to play together with friends the better.
@Pancit
"PSNOW is fine as it. They just need to improved their pricing and the latency of the game"
So it's not fine as it is :/
@cd1
Then you and I are on the same page cd1 and I am in total agreement with the points you've made.
Nothing should affect your enjoyment of the game other than the game itself, especially not people telling you that you shouldn't be enjoying it on an internet forum.
In hindsight I concede that I was probably a little guilty of this myself, that was not my intention and if I came across that way I apologise.

***Any game running above 1080p is taking advantage of the 4K screen regardless of what you think. That's not an opinion, its basic maths***
Fair enough, I can't argue with that logic :)
But you also can't ignore the fact that even when outputting less than half the pixels of the X the Pro still drops frames into the 40's whereas the X stays stays in the high 50's / 60 fps with a better 16.7 MS response time.

@cd1
Pixel Counts
1080p 2073600 Pixels 2MP (1920 X 1080)
1440p 3686400 Pixels 3.6MP (2560 X 1440)
4K 8294400 Pixels 8.2MP (3840 X 2160)
1440p may be higher than 1080p but in terms of pixel counts the Pro is outputting closer to 1080p than 4K resolution.
I'd hardly call using less than half the available pixels on screen 'taking advantage' of the 4K specification.
@Chris
I'm trying to work out whether to take your comment at face value, or whether it's intended as an incredibly clever layered narrative on the opinions expressed here.
Either way I agree.
@Trance
Maybe if you're playing in your bedroom,
But many gamers will have their consoles hooked up in the living room and won't want to swap out their big screen TV for a tiny monitor regardless of input lag.
@Rain,

@Sonic
I Agree, NieR Automata is one of my favourite games of all time along with Bloodborne, and Persona 5 is simply incredible, the artistic design of that game is off the chart.
@Sage
****"This is part of the problem. I followed the development of this game very closely. I bought the game at launch and got exactly the game they said they were making"****
I'm sorry sage but that is simply not true, There are numerous videos, articles and posts dedicated to the non truths promulgated by Murray and Hello Games.
Below is a link to a video which features a compilation of comments made by Murray as well...

****"People need to boot up NMS now. It isn't just content that was added, there was a new rendering engine along with numerous other improvements. No Man's Sky is gorgeous on PS4 Pro now."****
It's good to hear that the game has improved so much since it's launch.
The news this morning indicates the game is releasing on Xbox One in the very near future, along with a major new update that brings many mor...
This article would have been FAR better if the author had used real life pictures of the games locations as a point of comparison with the screenshots from the game included in the review.
The screenshots of the game give little insight into how close the devs came to realising accuracy between GTA and the actual buildings and locations.
@Sage
****"it will further prove to developers that the time and money to develope Xbox versions of games like this is not worth it."****
If the game doesn't sell well on Xbox One, it will not 'prove' that developing for the platform isn't worth it, it WILL prove that the critical reception from disappointed gamers on NMS's initial release damaged the IP beyond what is salvageable despite the dev teams good work in bringing t...
Good article, Its honest and to the point.
The article gives credit to Rare for the games success since launch, but is quick to point out the ambiguity surrounding Microsofts claims of the game being the fastest selling new IP of the generation, In my opinion that is fair and honest.
I think that right now everyone can see that SoT is not the second coming for videogames, and the game does have it's fair share of issues not least is the lack of conten...
Wow, this is a surprise!
I did not see this coming.
