For your information I had windows 8 forced on me and unless you have it on a tablet or something for a touch screen it doesn't just suck it blows. My favorite part about it is when it gets stuck in an endless loop while trying to log in and you have to do a restart just to turn your GD laptop on. Yeah, Windows 8 rules. I could boor you with every problem I've had with 8 but there isn't enough room on N4G, and besides, my comment is more about how Microsoft...

The VGA's have been painful to watch for years now, full of uncomfortable situations and fart jokes. The people who run the VGA's are not too interested in video games or awards or furthering the industry. I wouldn't hold my breath for next years awards either.
We all know what goes into the making of a video game and I just don't think that 1 or 2 years is enough to make anything compelling story wise and innovation is definitely not happening in that short a time. Can anyone out there honestly say that the gameplay has changed from modern war 1 to what it is now? Just look at the difference between a game that actually goes through a whole development cycle like GTA. GTA 5 is light years ahead of GTA 4, can you say the same about BLOPS II and ...
