If by "rent" you mean that I get to play the game indefinitely for as long as I have PS+ then yeah, I guess you guys know what your talking about. Calling PS+ a "rental" program seems kind of ignorant to me. It's going on 2 years and I can still play the games that I "rented" at the beginning. As long as your paying for PS+ you get to keep the games. How often do you stop paying for xbox live?

In all seriousness, I can't believe Sony hasn't been criticized more on the PS4, it can't play a movie file, it can't be used as a media server, hell it can't even play a simple CD. I know it's just supposed to play games but it's inferior in many way's when compared to last gen hardware.
Your completely overlooking the fact that the Rift has come from NOTHING to what it is now without the aid of some a-hole corporation. And What the hell does Facebook know about VR gaming anyway, I could be excited if an actual game maker bought the rights to the Rift but not Facebook. That statement is definitely debatable. Not saying Nintendo doesn't make quality games but they really lack in the story telling department.
It helps that Assassin's Creed IV is a pretty damn good game too. I don't hear too many people talking about how great the uplay integration is in ZombiU or Toys R Us Towers.
Be careful what you wish for, trying to navigate all the windows and tiles and BS on the X1 dash would be a pain in the ass without the use of the kinect. That's probably a big reason why they are forcing the Kinect on us, so no one goes "damn this UI sucks".

So, I actually went to steam to see if anything you were saying about pricing was true. Come to find out you are full of shit. Just for Kingdoms of Alamur and Hitman: Absolution you are looking at 42usd, if we factor in all the games PS+ has given away just this year steam just can't compare. Dragon's Dogma isn't even available on steam. You should do at least some base research before speaking from your ass.
