After they showed Eva for the first time, I started to think that might not be Snake at all. Since Big Boss and Eva got down at the end of MGS3 and it only takes place something like 3 years before Snake Liquid and Solidus were made. So if they did have a kid he wouldn't be very much older than Snake. Thats just what I've been kicking around, but who knows might just be nothing but a joke.
I fail to see how this could be stretched into FFXIII on 360. "diversify our content in accordance with user preferences in each area" means they plan on making and marketing games that appeal to gamers in NA or Europe. 50% of profits from past FF games have come from Japan. Moving FFXIII to 360 wouldn't result in increased profits no matter how you slice it, Wii on the other hand would be a different story with its high sale rate but the machine just can't run it and frankly PS3 is...

The most I could possibly see is MAYBE Metal Gear online and FFXIII Versus going multiplat and thats a huge maybe seeing as Hideo Kojima and Tetsuya Nomura love the hell out of the PS3.
No kidding. Everyone has some half-@$$ed source telling them its happening for sure and then it gets shot down in flames again and again. The fanboys scream the PS3 has no good exclusives but continue to scream foul at every turn when Sony shows it has some coming.
God, not more of this crap. How big should the "PS3 ONLY" have been on the FFXIII trailer for it to sink in. The devs of both FFXIII and MGS4 have gone out of their way many times to say PS3 exclusive. So why does nobody get it? The 360 has its exclusives and the PS3 has its exclusives. Deal with it already.

I pretty sure they have the devil by the short hairs over at Insomniac. Its just unreal how fast they can make games and still have them top notch. Lets hope Resistance 2 comes just as fast and even better.
I don't think it'll be anything all that big, just like the MS pac-man thing a while back. It would be beyond killer if they confirmed that the date for MGS 4 on the Konami TGS website isn't a typo. I agree that the rumors can be damaging to sales but I think at the moment they can't come out and talk about it just yet. I really wouldn't worry about BC going anywhere. Its been a major selling point for sony for the last 7 years, I just don't see them dropping their trademark feature. I would expect the USB ports to be cut back to 1 and wifi to get the axe, but they will probably just make an add on for it. The card readers will without a doubt get the axe too.
I don't see how this could possibly be true. I've only known 1 woman that owned more than a handheld and even the handheld isn't very often, while most of the guys I know own at least 1 console. I'm sure there are lots of women gamers but where I live you would be more likely to find a two headed purple zebra.
I've been saying since soul calibur 2 that Dante would be great for the PS version. Still wish the PS2 would have gotten Spawn.

I agree that its kinda flamebait, but gameplay over graphics only goes so far. I'm not saying I need a game to look uber, but decent graphics do enhance the experience, while bad graphics can detract from it
Where do you live? In the US I can build a gaming rig that will play anything coming out in the near future with power to spare for about $600-$800. Just have to go to newegg.com and buy pieces and put it together yourself. Its more effort but you save a bundle

I don't know how true it is but I've been hearing that the maps that they aren't including are just the 64 player maps. Is that really that big a deal? Before Xbots all chime in, just remember he also said some time ago that content would have to be cut from the 360 version due to disc space, so only PC gamers get to laugh... and its at both camps. So lets all try to keep the flaming to a minimum.
I call shenanigans on team ico! I'm really starting to believe that this game doesn't exist. I mean really, two years and they still haven't shown anything.
I wish they would have decided to stop with the trailers a few months ago so I could be playing sooner, but oh well.
